In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") discloses that Nicholas Adams, Group Chief Executive, and Mark Bodeker, Group Finance Director have exercised 10,843 Share Options ("options") each granted under the Group's Sharesave Scheme at an exercise price of 83p per Share.

Mr Adams now owns 840,843 Shares, equivalent to approximately 2.0% of the Company's issued Share capital.

Mr Bodeker now owns 97,604 Shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the Company's issued Share capital.
