Directors' Shareholdings
Tristel plc ("Tristel" or the "Company"), the manufacturer of infection control, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that the Company was informed on 28 August 2012 that on 24 August 2012, Peter Stephens, Non-Executive Director, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of Tristel ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Stephens now holds 728,521 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Stephens is due to step down as Non-Executive Director at the Company's next Annual General Meeting in December 2012.
