Croda International PLC17 August 2005 Croda International Plc Croda announces that the Trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust ("the Trust")acquired on 17 August 2005, 400,000 ordinary shares in the company for thepurposes of the Trust at a price of 400p per share. It is intended that theseshares will be used to satisfy options granted under the Company's SeniorExecutive Share Option Scheme in respect of directors and senior employees.
