Notification of Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Travis Perkins plc (the "Company") was informed today that members of the Company's Executive Committee (not including the Company's executive directors) were granted on 19 November, options under the Travis Perkins 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme over ordinary shares of the Company at an exercise price of 255p. The exercise period is from 19 November 2011 to 18 November 2018. The number of shares held under option by these members of the Company's Executive Committee are set out below:
