Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company was notified on 31 January 2017 that Mr Brian Ashford-Russell, a Non-executive Director of Polar Capital, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding at 374.75p per share. Following this transaction Mr Ashford-Russell is interested in a total of 6,075,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
