On 4 September 2013, Mr Douglas Webb (Director/PDMR) purchased 10,648 shares at £5.275 as investment shares, as a result of which he has received a Matching Award granted under the Meggitt Equity Participation Plan (see below).

On 5 September 2013, the following awards were granted over ordinary shares of 5p each in Meggitt PLC under the Meggitt Executive Share Option Scheme (ESOS) and the Meggitt Equity Participation Plan (EPP) to directors/PDMR of Meggitt PLC.

ESOS awards were granted as stock-settled share appreciation rights (Stock SAR) at a base price of £5.265, and are first available for exercise on 5 September 2016 with an expiry date of 4 September 2023.

EPP awards were granted as nil cost options based on an award price of £5.2877 for the basic award and £5.33 for the matching award, and are first available for exercise on 5 September 2016 with an expiry date 4 September 2023.
