Savings Related Share Option Scheme
1 Mark Johnstone (Group Chief Executive) exercised an option on 15 August 2019 to acquire 5,625 ordinary shares under a three year savings contract in accordance with the terms of the Company's 2014 Savings Related Share Option Scheme for an option price of 160 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Johnstone's total beneficial holding, including those of his connected persons, is 353,797 shares.
2 David Crook (Group Finance Director) exercised an option on 15 August 2019 to acquire 11,250 ordinary shares under a three year savings contract in accordance with the terms of the Company's 2014 Savings Related Share Option Scheme for an option price of 160 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Crook's total beneficial holding, including those of his connected persons, is 73,856 shares
