On 3 June 2020, Mrs Victoria Wood, a person closely associated with Tony Wood, the CEO and PDMR of the Company, transferred 50 shares in the Company to Mr Wood. Details of the transaction are set out in the table below. There is no change to Mr Wood's beneficial interest in the Company as a result of this transfer. The shareholding of Mr Wood is 42,972 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing 0.0055% of the issued share capital of the Company.
