The Company announces that on 27 May 2010, Mr Gordon Graham, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, completed an exercise over options granted under the SOCO 1997 Company Share Option Plan to acquire 50,000 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each which were then sold in the open market at an average sale price of £16.107344.
