Director/PDMR Shareholding

Malcolm Burne, a director of the Company has notified the board that he has purchased 10,000 Auctus ordinary shares on market at a price of GBP 0.4875 per share. In addition the board has been notified by Arlington Group Asset Management Limited that they have purchased 5,000 Auctus ordinary shares on market at a price of GBP 0.497 per share.

The resulting holdings and percentage of voting rights are as follows:

Malcolm Burne (Auctus director) and Charlie Cannon-Brookes (Auctus director) are directors and shareholders of Arlington Group Asset Management Limited. The personal shareholding of Malcolm Burne is aggregated with that of Arlington Group Asset Management Limited under DTR 5.7.
