Charles Stanley Group PLC10 February 2006 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 10 February 2006, 3839 ordinary shares in the companyfor the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. The price paidby the participants was 381.2p. These shares will be used to satisfy employees'contributions to the Plan deducted from their January pay. Additionally, thetrustees recently transferred 247 shares out of the Charles Stanley IncentivePlan following the departure of a participant.
