Deltex Medical Group PLC20 October 2005 Deltex Medical Group plc Directors' Shareholdings Deltex Medical Group plc (the "Company"), the AIM quoted haemodynamic monitoringcompany, announces that it has today issued a total of 368,621 new ordinaryshares in the Company to certain non-executive directors and certain advisors tothe Company at a price of 19.00 pence per share. The five non-executive directors named below have elected to take shares in lieuof a cash payment as remuneration for their services to the Company. Inaddition certain of the Company's advisors have elected to take shares in lieuof cash payment for their services to the Company. Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted totrading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofthe Company and dealings are expected to commence on 26 October 2005. Followingthese shares being admitted to trading on AIM, the number of shares in issuewill be 72,703,121.
