Restore plc (AIM: RST), the UK's leading provider of information management and secure lifecycle services, announces that it has been notified that Lisa Fretwell, non-executive director, purchased 4,800 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 250 pence per share on 21 October 2024 and a further 199 Ordinary Shares at a price of 253 pence per share on 22 October 2024. Following these transactions Lisa holds a beneficial interest in a total of 4,999 Ordinary Shares.
