Travis Perkins PLC10 March 2008 TRAVIS PERKINS PLC ("the Company") Director Shareholding In common with all eligible employees, each of the executive directors andmembers of the Company's Executive Committee have, since April 2007 been able toparticipate in the Company's Buy As You Earn scheme by purchasing PartnershipShares. Partnership Shares are Travis Perkins shares which can be purchased byusing deductions from the employees pre-tax salary either monthly or by anannual lump sum. On the 4th March the following were awarded Partnership sharesat a price of 1080p:- Paul Hampden Smith, a director of the Company, was awarded 12 Partnershipshares. As a result, Mr. Hampden Smith now has a beneficial interest in 45,754ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of theissued share capital Carol Kavanagh, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, was also awarded12 Partnership shares. As a result, Mrs. Kavanagh now has a beneficial interestin 3,743 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1%of the issued share capital Arthur Davidson, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, was also awarded138 Partnership shares. As a result, Mr Davidson now has a beneficial interestin 7,337 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1%of the issued share capital. David Furness, a director of the Company, was awarded 12 Partnership shares. Asa result, Mr. Furness now has a beneficial interest in 429 ordinary shares of10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the issued sharecapital. Robert Gladwin, a director of the Company, was awarded 12 Partnership shares. Asa result, Mr. Gladwin now has a beneficial interest in 464 ordinary shares of10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the issued sharecapital. Phil Gransden, a director of the Company, was awarded 12 Partnership shares.
