Exercise of Warrants

On 15 March 2010, the Directors of Electric Word allotted 6,728,584 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to Julian Turner, Chief Executive of Electric Word and 1,928,574 Ordinary Shares to Nigel Wray following the exercise of their warrants. The exercise price was 1 pence per Ordinary Share.

The exercise brings Nigel Wray's total beneficial holding to 13,141,619 Ordinary Shares (5.5%) and Julian Turner's total beneficial holding to 9,989,371 Ordinary Shares (4.2%).

As a result of the exercise, the Company has 237,408,131 Ordinary Shares in issue. Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote at a general meeting of the Company and, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 5pm on 14 March 2010 is 237,408,131.

The exercise of Julian Turner's warrants has been facilitated by a loan from an Employee Benefit Trust set up by the Company.
