The Company has been notified that on 14 September 2017 Mrs Gioia acquired an interest in 3,000 ordinary shares of 5p each by means of the purchase of 1,500 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") (one ADR being equivalent to two shares) on the New York Stock Exchange at a price of 524.23 pence per share (being the equivalent of USD$13.50 per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.2876). Mrs Gioia had not previously held any shares in the Company.

As a result of this transaction, Mrs Gioia has an interest in 3,000 ordinary shares (0.0004% of issued share capital).
