Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 5p each involving one of its directors, William Wyatt.

A family trust of which Mr Wyatt is a Trustee, purchased 125 ordinary shares from a fellow member of the Cayzer family concert party at a price of 2256p, thereby increasing Mr Wyatt's non-beneficial holding in Caledonia. The shares represented 0.0002% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital and the transaction took place on 22 March 2016 in London.

Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transaction are as follows:

Beneficial - 1,083,654* shares = 1.96%

Non-beneficial - 28,418 shares = 0.05%

Options - 12,707 shares = 0.02%

Performance share scheme awards - 103,909 shares = 0.19%

Deferred bonus plan awards - 70,024 shares = 0.13%

* includes 972,066 shares owned by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company, a private company controlled by My Wyatt and persons connected with him.
