Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Biffa plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 1p shares undertaken by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs").
On 1 September 2020, the following PDMRs exercised options over ordinary shares in the Company, pursuant to the maturity of the Company's 2017 Sharesave Scheme. All shares allotted on the exercise of these options were retained.
