Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Charles Dunstone, Chairman of the Company, transferred 1,386,139 shares in the Company by way of gift into The Charles Dunstone Charitable Trust on 15 February 2011. He is not a trustee or beneficiary of such trust.
As a result of this transfer, Charles Dunstone now holds 295,209,396 ordinary shares, representing approximately 32.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
