Director Shareholdings
The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Cronin has purchased a further 2,100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.395 pence per share. In addition to this purchase, and in accordance with his appointment letter, the Company will be issuing a further 1,771,000 shares to Mr Cronin.
This brings John Cronin's interest in the Company's current issued share capital to 8,765,737, being 0.53% of current issued share capital.
