Stagecoach Group PLC27 June 2007 Stagecoach Group Employee Benefit Trust 2003 ("the Trust") Stagecoach Group plc ("the Company") has been notified that the Trust haspurchased Ordinary Shares of 56/57th pence each in the Company as follows: Date Number of Shares Price paid per share 27.06.2007 4,187,959 181.471 pence Following the purchase, the Trust holds a total of 7,927,774 Ordinary Sharesrepresenting 1.12% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares. The shares are heldby the Trust in order to satisfy the exercise of share options and deferredshares held under the Company's 2005 Executive Participation Plan. Two of the Executive Directors of the Company (being Brian Souter and MartinGriffiths) and certain other persons discharging managerial responsibility arepotential beneficiaries under the Trust and therefore have a beneficial interestin the shares held by the Trust.
