This gave a total exercise price of £899,883.16 At the same time Mr Thorne sold 568,982 of the acquired shares at a price of174.1p in order to pay the income tax, NIC, exercise cost and dealing expensesdue on the exercise. Mr Thorne holds a total of 158,884 shares of the Company, being 0.04% of theissued share capital following this notification.
