The Company was advised on 21 June 2012 that on 20 June 2012, Mr Tigue, a Director of the Company, bought 1,171 ordinary shares in the Company through dividend re-investment at a price of 381.25p per share, representing 0.0016% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Mr Tigue had a total interest of 91,038 shares in the Company representing 0.1249% of the Company's issued share capital.
