The Capita Group Plc Save as You Earn Scheme (`SAYE') On 1 October 2009 Kevin Dady was granted an option of 1090 ordinary shares under the SAYE 2009 scheme. The exercise price for the option is 676p and the option will mature on 1 November 2012. The Capita Group Plc Save as You Earn Scheme (`SAYE') On 5 October 2009 Kevin Dady withdrew from the SAYE 2008 scheme. Capita Share Ownership Plan(the `Trust') - Capita IRG Trustees Limited(the `Trustee') A purchase was made on 7 October 2009 of 1,409 ordinary shares in the Company by the Trustee of the Trust at a price of 728.5p per share for the purpose of satisfying the purchase of ordinary shares by eligible employees who have elected to join The Capita Group Plc Share Ownership Plan, including executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities who are therefore potential beneficiaries under the Trust.
