Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that today, Mr Claudio Veritiero, an executive director of the Company, cancelled his participation in the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2016 in respect of 1,831 options granted on 1 November 2017 at an option price of £9.83 per ordinary share.
