Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 30 December 2013 that on that day, Brendan O'Grady, of LXB Adviser LLP, purchased 41,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 126 pence per share.

Following this transaction Brendan O'Grady holds 1,400,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.76% of the Company's issued share capital.

The group headed by LXB3 Partners LLP, which includes LXB Adviser LLP, is a related party of the Company. LXB Adviser LLP is the Investment Adviser to the LXB Retail Properties Plc group. Following the above transaction, the individual members of LXB3 Partners LLP hold an aggregate total of 11,896,890 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 6.48% of the Company's issued share capital.
