This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 5 February 2014, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Linda Cartwright, a PDMR, has today paid up nil paid shares totalling 24,038 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 104p each pursuant to the Company's Senior Employee Matching Purchase Scheme July 2008 Nil paid award grants.

Her resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 38,086 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.0139% of the total issued share capital of the Company, and the total number of shares over which options are held by her is 59,754.
