Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC ("the Company") has been notified that on 22nd June 2010 Michael Redmond, Chairman, transferred the beneficial interest of 56,475 shares in the Company on 21st June 2010 to the Redmond Family Trust for nil consideration. The shares will be held in the name of Michael Redmond .

The total beneficial holding of Michael Redmond following this transaction remains unchanged, being 56,475 shares, which represents 0.085% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
