IS Solutions was notified on 8 October 2010 that Michael Tinling, a director of the Company, acquired 26,666 ordinary shares at 37.5p per share on 7 October 2010 increasing his holding in the Company to 379,725 ordinary shares.
Mr Tinling's holding represents 1.5 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
