Director's Shareholding
Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc ("Lansdowne" or the "Company"), a North Celtic Sea focussed oil and gas company, is pleased to announce that, as part of the bonus arrangements under his contract of employment, Steve Boldy has today been issued with 448,000 ordinary Lansdowne shares. This issue of bonus shares is as a result of PSE Seven Heads Limited, the operator of SEL 4/07, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Kinsale Energy Limited, entering into a contract for Diamond Offshore Drilling to drill a well on the Midleton Prospect, as announced on 22 June 2015.
Following this issue, Steve Boldy is beneficially interested in 700,660 ordinary shares representing 0.43% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Additionally, Richard Slape has, as a condition of his contract of employment, been granted 500,000 options to subscribe for ordinary Lansdowne shares at an exercise price of 15p per share. These options will vest on 1 April 2017 and expire on 24 June 2025.
Application has been made for the admission of 448,000 ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on 30 June 2015.
