The Company announces that on 7th January 2013, Joe Roach exercised an optionover 4,452 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at £1.4495 pershare under The Charles Taylor Consulting Sharesave Scheme 2007.

Following this announcement Joe Roach and his connected persons hold a total of30,526 Shares equivalent to 0.075% of the total voting rights of the Company.
