Devro PLC announces that on the 25 June 2009, Steve Hannam, Chairman, purchased 46,685 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") at a price of 93.5p per share.
Accordingly Steve Hannam now holds voting rights attached to 82,615 ordinary shares representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
