Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally to the global gaming industry, announces that Gaye Hudson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,350 ordinary shares of £0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 November 2017 at a price of 421.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mrs Hudson is beneficially interested in 2,350 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.003559% of the Company's issued share capital.
