21 July 2011 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 20 July 2011, Mr David Tyler, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 90,000 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 814.8281p per share.
