On 7 December 2020, RSA Insurance Group plc (the "Company") received notification of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of £1 each ("Ordinary Shares") by a PDMR.
On 7 December 2020, Charlotte Heiss exercised options granted under the Company's Sharesave Plan over Ordinary Shares, with an exercise price of £5.20 per share. All shares were sold on exercise at a price of £6.754 per Ordinary Share.
