Siobhan Boylan received a share award under the Company's Share Award Agreement ('SAA') on 29 March 2019 for 187,206 shares (the 'Award'). This Award has a staggered vesting period and the final tranche of 7,287 shares has vested.
The Company has in place an automatic sell provision to cover tax and NICs for the employee (the 'Sale'), after which the balance of shares is automatically transferred to the participant (the 'Acquisition').
Siobhan Boylan has retained the balance of shares.
