DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that 1,228 shares have been allocated at £5.60 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total included 23 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse.
Also included in the purchase were 23 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
