Pursuant to Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 3.1.2-A, the following information falls to be disclosed:
The Company was notified today that the Aurora Europa PCC Limited, a pension of which Anton Bilton, Executive Deputy Chairman is interested, purchased 1,050,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39.69p per share.
Following this transaction, the beneficial interest of Anton Bilton and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 42,587,505 Ordinary Shares being 8.3285% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
