25 November 2010 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 24 November 2010, Judith Sprieser, a director of the Company, acquired 13,590 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 746.25 pence per share.

The notification to the Company, on 24 November 2010, was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
