Directors' shareholdings
Cenkos Securities plc has today received notification that on 21 May 2013 Dr Anthony Hotson, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired an interest in 864 ordinary shares in the Company. These shares were purchased at a price of 91.5 pence per share by his wife, Mrs Dorothy Hotson, through a dividend reinvestment plan within her self-invested personal pension. As a consequence of this transaction Dr Anthony Hotson and his connected persons now have an interest in 20,864 (previously 20,000) ordinary shares representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
