Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that Trevor Brown, Executive Director, today purchased 1,775,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 4.52 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Brown beneficially holds 28,475,000 Ordinary Shares representing 26.96 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
