Directors Interest
The Company announces that it has been notified on 16 January 2009 of the following share purchase by a person connected with a Director of Bowleven plc:-
Mrs J Morrow, the spouse of Mr J Morrow, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, acquired 34,894 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 42.5p per share. Following this transaction, Mr J Morrow and his connected persons' beneficial interest in the Company is 63,663 shares, representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
