PDMR/Director Shareholding

Source BioScience announced on 10 October 2013 that Chairman, Laurie Turnbull, exercised 400,000 share options in the Company. Further to this exercise, Mr Turnbull has gifted 100,000 shares in the Company to the charity "Develop Youth Through Sports Trust", of which he is a Trustee. Mr Turnbull's shareholding now stands at 4,750,000 representing 1.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
