Charles Stanley Group PLC14 November 2005 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 11 November 2005, 4,759 ordinary shares in thecompany for the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. Theprice paid by the participants was 290.95p.
