The Company was notified on 8 April 2016 that the following transactions took place in London and are in respect of Centrica plc ordinary shares of 614/81pence (‘Shares’).
Release of Shares
On 8 April 2016, Shares were released to Executive Directors (‘Executives’) and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (‘PDMRs’) following the vesting of awards under the Centrica Deferred and Matching Share Scheme (‘DMSS’) and the Centrica Share Award Scheme (‘SAS’). These awards were granted in 2013.
