PURCHASE OF SHARES BY ESOP TRUST
The company was notified on 12 November 2012 of dealings in its ordinary shares of 10 pence each by the Trustee of the UBM Employee Share Ownership Trust, which is a discretionary Trust for the benefit of employees (including executive directors) of the UBM group.
Date of transaction: 9 November 2012
Nature of transaction: Purchase of 375,000 shares at an average price of 710.18p per share, with a minimum price of 698.1p and a maximum price of 717.97p.
The shares will be used to satisfy awards under UBM's share option and incentive plans.
Following the above transaction, the Trustee of the ESOP Trust holds a total of 1,064,007 shares, representing 0.43% of the company's issued share capital.
