EMIS Group plc ("the Group") has received notification today that on 26 April 2012, Lindsey Joy Taylor, wife of Robin Taylor, the Group's Senior Non-executive Director, purchased 1800 ordinary shares at a price of 551p per share, which represents the entire interest of Mr and Mrs Taylor in the ordinary shares and represents 0.003% of the Group's issued share capital.
