Domino's Pizza UK & IRL PLC22 February 2008 22 February 2008 For immediate release DOMINO'S PIZZA UK & IRL plc Upon a recommendation from the Remuneration Committee, Ogier Employee BenefitTrust Limited in their capacity as trustees of the Domino's Pizza UK & IRL PlcEmployee Benefit Trust ("the Trust"), awarded to Christopher Moore, the ChiefExecutive Officer, and Lee Ginsberg, the Chief Financial Officer, reversionaryinterests currently represented by 1,260,000 and 750,000 shares respectively inthe Company under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). Theseinterests will only vest if the performance criteria are met within five years. The awards were made on the 22 February 2008. As these interests will not vest until the performance criteria have been met,the beneficial interest of the Trust in the ordinary share capital of theCompany is 5,377,699 ordinary shares representing 3.3% of the Company's issuedshare capital.
