Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on Friday 18 November 2011 that Roger Taylor, Chief Executive Office, had acquired a total of 771,799 shares in the Company. Roger Taylor is now interested in 1,293,829 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This was following his decision to exercise 1,249,150 share options in the Company. The share purchase was funded partly through the sale of some of the resulting shares with the balance of the tax costs being met personally.
