Director Shareholdings
Acquisition of Shares
On 30 December 2013, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:
Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 727 Shares at a price of 347.9 pence per Share; Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 406 Shares at a price of 347.9 pence per Share; and Lesley Knox, a Director of the Company, purchased 534 Shares at a price of 347.9 pence per Share.Remaining Shareholdings
Following the above transactions, the aggregate Shares held beneficially (across all accounts) in respect of the relevant Director or PDMR are as follows:
Margherita Della Valle: 7,232 Shares
Ian Meakins: 6,276 Shares
Lesley Knox: 5,192 Shares
The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 30 December 2013.
